It’s a cyber-world. Messages are instant. News is non-stop.
Productivity is at its peak. But there is a down side. Do your employees spend work time surfing the net or IM-ing friends? Are company computers being used to troll x-rated Web sites?

And then there are the bloggers. Truth can be irrelevant
to a disgruntled employee with an axe to grind. For
the blogger, there’s only one side to the story. And
it’s not yours.

Getting something on the Internet is pretty easy these days. But getting it off is next to impossible. Cyberspace may seem ethereal, but the content is near permanent.
