Faced with a declining donor base and a shrinking bottom line, a major fundraising organization turned to Forge consultants to revitalize its annual campaign.
The multi-faceted approach included a partnership with an international training company to hone the leadership skills of employer-based campaign coordinators, high-profile and media-friendly community events tied to campaign milestones. In concert with a local network affiliate, we created a public service advertising campaign paid for by local corporations that highlighted their social responsibility programs and encouraged campaign donations to the general fund. The impact was immediate. The campaign goal was achieved and donations to the general fund increased. |
